This is going to be a major credibility problem for whatever diplomatic efforts come next, since apparently the ceasefire only applies to whoever Israel decides it applies to on a given day.
so the ceasefire announcement was basically just for press release purposes then
killing civilians in a major city while announcing a ceasefire is a pretty wild way to handle this
