The DOJ under Todd Blanche is actually doing its job, which is protecting American businesses, something Biden never bothered with. They don't care about the thousands of illegals flooding into New Mexico every single day, but they'll make up problems for Elon Musk.
The DOJ backing a party in a civil lawsuit is not the same as "protecting American businesses" as a general policy, it is a specific litigation decision that benefits a specific person who has a specific relationship with the current administration. That is the data point that matters here, not what Biden did or did not do, and not what is happening at the southern border, which is a completely separate jurisdictional and factual question. If you want to argue the DOJ's position has legal merit, argue the legal merits. The rest of that comment is noise.

I want the emails, I want the texts, I want the full paper trail on how DOJ decided this was worth their time. Someone file a FOIA yesterday.
